Kent Bowles

Executive Director

Kent Bowles served on the staff of the Oklahoma Fellowship of Christian Athletes from 1992 – 2014. During that span, he served as the South Central Area Representative in Ardmore for 12 years and South Metro Area Representative in Norman for 10 years. From 2004 – 2014, Kent served as the Team Chaplain for the University of Oklahoma Football Program. Kent is a 1987 graduate of Pauls Valley High School and earned a Business Administration (marketing) degree from East Central University in 1992. Kent has served as the Executive Director of the WIN Foundation for 5 years since its’ beginning in 2015. Kent and his wife Liesl have two children and they live in Norman, Oklahoma. Braden and his wife Nicole live in Dallas, Texas. Jordyn is a senior at Oklahoma State University. Liesl is in her 30th year as a teacher in the Oklahoma Public School System.

Gary Higginbotham

President & Chairman

Gary Higginbotham earned his undergraduate degree from Lee University in 1982 and a Law Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1990. He has worked in the oil & gas industry, automotive industry, and was a small business owner before developing his practice as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney, which has spanned the past decade. Gary and his wife Tammy live in Norman Oklahoma where they enjoy golf & travel. Tammy is a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has been with Arbonne International for the past 17 years and is an Independent Consultant, Executive National Vice President. Their daughter Kaitlin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Law School and is currently an attorney in Edmond, Oklahoma where she resides with her husband Kevin.

Kelli Masters

Kelli Masters is the Owner and President of KMM Sports and is an NFLPA certified contract advisor.  She has represented professional athletes in contract negotiations and endorsements since 2006 and was the first woman to represent a 1st Round Pick in the NFL Draft.  She has also practiced Business Litigation and Nonprofit Law since 2000 with the law firm of Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippens, P.C., and is a noted speaker and author.  Kelli has a heart for charitable work and is a recognized expert on charitable foundations. Kelli earned her undergrad degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 and OU Law Degree in 1999. The former 1997 Miss Oklahoma resides in Oklahoma City and is widely known as one of the most influential women in sports business. Having signed more professional athletes than any woman in the industry, she has paved the way as a pioneer, speaker, and author.

JP Audas

JP Audas spent 26 years as an administrator at the University of Oklahoma. He served as Associate Vice President of the OU Alumni Association. In this role, JP oversaw OU’s efforts of connecting students, alumni, and friends toward the continued advancement of the University. JP is a 1987 graduate of the University of Oklahoma. After stints in Dallas and Los Angeles, he returned to OU in 1993 as Assistant Director of Prospective Student Services. Since, he has served OU as Development Officer for the ‘Reach for Excellence’ Campaign, Director for OU’s Center for Student Life, Executive Director for Recruitment Services, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Vice President for University Development. He currently is the founder and Executive Director of JPA Consulting. JP and his wife Ally have three daughters Lexi, Cami, and Izzy. They have made their home in Norman, Oklahoma.

Will Higginbotham

Will Higginbotham attended Lee University and the University of Oklahoma studying Business Administration. He has served as a Corporate Executive in the Oklahoma Oil & Gas Industry for the past 43 years. He began his career with Oklahoma Tank Service, Inc in 1975. He has also served with Hamm & Phillips, Oklahoma City Freightliner, Longdrive Transportation, Basin Engineering, Commercial Insurance Services, Diamondback Energy Services, Joe Brown Company, and is currently the Sales Manager for Spinnaker Oilfield Services. Will has four children Whitney, Megan, Claire, and Jake. He and his wife Chris reside in Norman Oklahoma. Chris has retired from teaching in the Oklahoma Public Schools after a 26-year career.

Tress Way committed to play football for the University of Oklahoma and after redshirting his freshman season Tress earned the role of OU’s starting punter from 2009-2012. As a four year starter, Tress set numerous records including career punts over 50 yards (71), career average (44.0), single-game average (58.8), and longest punt in Big 12 history (85). Tress went undrafted and signed with the Chicago Bears in 2013. After two preseasons with the Bears, he was signed as a free agent by the Washington Redskins and became the starting punter, (2014- current). Tress was named to the NFL Pro Bowl Team in 2019. Tress and his wife Brianna make their home in Norman, Oklahoma when Tress is in off-season. Brianna was a four-year starter in both soccer and softball at OU. She was a 3 time Big 12 Champion, National Champion, All American, and twice named to the Softball College World Series All-Tournament team. Brianna earned her nursing degree from Oklahoma City University. They have 3 children; twins, Beau and Harper, and a newborn, Hadley.

Dr. Jamie Fox Taylor

Jamie Fox Taylor committed to play softball for the University of Oklahoma, where she was a four-year starter from 2004-2007. Jamie had a successful career playing in the Women’s College World Series in 2004, winning a Big 12 Tournament Championship in 2007, and being named to the All-Big 12 Championship Team in 2004. She also earned All-Big 12, Academic All-Big 12, and Big 12 Good Works Team honors throughout her career. She finished her career ranked in the Top 10 in the OU career record books in runs (8th), RBI (8th), doubles (8th), home runs (7th), extra-base hits (7th), and walks drawn (7th). She returned as the fifth-year volunteer coach for the 2008 season. Jamie went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 2012. She has spent the majority of her career in the orthopedic outpatient setting with an emphasis on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries and impairments. Jamie currently serves on the medical team of the Tulsa Ballet as one of the physical therapists. Jamie and her husband, Steve reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Steve earned his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa in 2006. They have a son, Andrew.
